Process:

Machined from high pure molded and fine grain size graphite blocks, on lathing machine, milling machine, with accurate machining. 

Machining tolerance:

Density 1.6-1.72g/cm3 (Grain size 0.8-4mm), Product size: Length, width≤500mm Tolerance:± 1mm,

                                                                            Product size: Length, width≥500mm Tolerance:± 3mm.

Density 1.75-1.85g/cm3 (Grain size 325mesh), according to customer's requirements, the smallest tolerance we can meet is ± 0.05mm.

Application:

Graphite boats are usually used for Instruments, copper continuous casting, electronic industry,

particular amorphous metal, rare metal, and nonferrous metal 

and crystallizers and so on.
